Hot Toys expands its Star Wars sixth scale line with Darth Vader (Duelling Effect Version) action figure

Hot Toys has revealed its limited edition sixth scale Darth Vader (Duelling Effect Version) Star Wars collectible figure which is limited to 1000 pieces in Japan with an exclusive commemorative box sleeve, and to 2000 pieces across select channels and retailers; check out the promotional images here…

Over the years, Star Wars Celebration has served as an official event for fans, connecting their love for Star Wars from all over the world. In 2025, Hot Toys once again joins the Star Wars Celebration, becoming part of this meaningful convention. Today, Hot Toys is excited to introduce a new Dueling Effect Version of the 1/6th scale Darth Vader collectible figure for fans in anticipation of this special occasion.

This stunning 1/6th scale Darth Vader ™ (Dueling Effect Version) Collectible Figure showcases a dynamic style with a comic-inspired dueling effect, defined by a vivid red and blue pattern design that highlights the streamlined details of Darth Vader’s black helmet, armor pieces, and everywhere on the costume. The highly-detailed collectible figure features meticulously crafted Darth Vader helmet and armor, skillfully tailored body suit, LED lighted life support device and belt, an LED light-up lightsaber and a specially designed themed figure base.

The 1/6th scale Darth Vader™ (Dueling Effect Version) Collectible Figure specially features:

  • Based on the design of Darth Vader from Star Wars, and painted with pattern designed by Mr. Park Zin to offer a comic-inspired twist
  • Hues of red and blue are patterned on Darth Vader’s armor for a comic-inspired design
  • Finely crafted helmet and armor
  • Approximately 35 cm tall
  • Specialized body with over 30 points of articulations
  • Ten (10) pieces of newly painted interchangeable gloved hands including:
    • One (1) pair of relax hands
    • One (1) pair of lightsaber holding hands
    • One (1) pair of belt holding hands
    • One (1) pair of Force-using hands
    • One (1) gesture left hand
    • One (1) left fist
  • Costume:
    • One (1) Darth Vader armor and suit
    • One (1) black cape
    • One (1) life support device with LED light-up function (white light, power operated)
    • One (1) system function belt with LED light-up function (white light, power operated)
    • One (1) pair of calf armors
    • One (1) pair of black boots
  • Weapons:
    • One (1) LED-lighted red lightsaber (red light, power operated)

    • Specially designed comic-painted themed figure stand with Star Wars logo and character nameplate
