Paramount Pictures has released the first trailer for The Naked Gun, its upcoming reboot/sequel to the classic comedy franchise from Zucker, Abrahams and Zucker.
The new film is directed by Akiva Schaffer (Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping), with Seth MacFarlane (Family Guy) producing, and sees Liam Neeson following in the footsteps of Leslie Nielsen as he takes on the role of Lt. Frank Drebin Jr. of Police Squad.
Joining Neeson in the cast of the film are Pamela Anderson, Paul Walter Hauser, CCH Pounder, Kevin Durand, Cody Rhodes, Liza Koshy, Eddie Yu, and Danny Huston. Watch the first trailer below…
