Prime Video has released a teaser trailer for Ballard, a spinoff of the procedural drama series Bosch, which follows Maggie Q’s Detective Renee Ballard as she takes on the LAPD’s poorly funded cold-case unit.
Along with Maggie Q, the cast of Ballard includes Courtney Taylor, John Carroll Lynch, Michael Mosley, Rebecca Field, Victoria Moroles, and Amy Hill. Check out the trailer below…
“Ballard follows Detective Renée Ballard (Maggie Q), who is tasked with running the LAPD’s new cold-case unit — a poorly funded, all-volunteer unit with the largest case load in the city. Ballard approaches these frozen-in-time cases with empathy and determination. When she uncovers a conspiracy during her investigations, she’ll lean on the assistance of her retired ally, Harry Bosch (Titus Welliver), to navigate the dangers that threaten both her unit and her life.”
Ballard is coming to Prime Video on July 9th, with all 10 episodes set to be released together.
