Netflix has shared a new trailer, posters and promotional images for the upcoming adaptation of Mokumokuren’s hit manga The Summer Hikaru Died.
Directed by Ryohei Takeshita, the supernatural anime series centres on Yoshiki and Hikaru, two friends from a rural village in Japan who spend their days together until Hikaru goes missing in the mountains and turns up a week later behaving strangely, leading Yoshiki to believe something has taken over his friend’s body.
