Siren’s Rest DLC arrives for Still Wakes the Deep

June 18, 2025 by Andrew Newton

Secret Mode and developer The Chinese Room have announced the arrival of the Siren’s Rest DLC for their narrative horror Still Wakes the Deep.  This new premium DLC, available on PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, Xbox X|S and Playstation 5, will take players a decade after the events of the main story with an all-new story and cast.  Watch the new trailer below….

With Still Wakes the Deep: Siren’s Rest, journey over ten years after the main story’s events and join a new cast of characters as they set out to  explore the wreck of the Beira D oil rig.  Players will join Mhairi as she dives down to the groaning steel catacomb of the Beira D as it decays on the dark seabed of the cold North Sea. As Mhairi, find out what really happened that December day in 1975, when the rig sank without trace. What answers will you be able to discover for the still grieving families of those lost, and what is still lurking in the darkness?

This new story is written by Sagar Beroshi (Helldivers 2) and Emma Beeby (also returning from Still Wakes the Deep). Mhairi is voiced by Lois Chimimba (Doctor Who, Shetland) and is joined by Lorn Macdonald (Bridgerton, The Lazarus Project) and David Menkin (Final Fantasy XVI, Alan Wake 2)

Still Wakes the Deep: Siren’s Rest is available now Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store for £9.99/€12.99/$12.99, with a 15% launch discount available on Steam.
