Delivery Run trailer teases a chilling cat-and-mouse survival horror

September 20, 2025 by Amie Cranswick

Plaion Pictures has released a poster and trailer for Delivery Run, a survival horror from director Joey Palmroos.

The film follows desperate delivery driver Lee (Alexander Arnold), as he finds himself caught in deadly game of cat-and-mouse with a maniacal snow plough driver through the icy backroads of Minnesota.

Joining Alexander Arnold in the cast are Liam James Collins, Arthur Sylense, Jussi Lampi, Nadine Higgin. Check out the trailer below…

Set in the unforgiving, icy backroads of Minnesota, Delivery Run follows Lee (Alexander Arnold), a delivery driver with a gambling problem and debts he can no longer dodge. After gangsters threaten him in his own home, Lee decides to try his luck at delivering food to drum up the cash he now needs urgently. On what should be a routine shift, a petty road-rage incident with a hulking snow plough, soon turns into an all-out hell ride, as Lee tries to escape the wrath of a homicidal maniac driver.

Delivery Run is set for release on October 6th.
