An important moment from the Eleventh Doctor’s life is the focus of a new audio drama box set available from Big Finish. Doctor Who: The Eleventh Doctor Adventures – Hidden in Plain Sight includes three full-cast audio adventures that fill in some details on this incarnation’s long life. Once again Miles Taylor plays the Eleventh Doctor alongside Jasmine Bayes, who plays the Doctor’s companion Eleanor Fong.
Hidden in Plain Sight begins with a two-part adventure featuring the rhino-like Judoon (voiced by Nicholas Briggs). These episodes are:
Tyranny of the Judoon by Ben Tedds – The Judoon have occupied the planet of Hefestis and award-winning journalist Octavia Cain is hoping to find another award-worthy story. In the search for the truth, she thinks she has encountered two Shadow Proclamation detectives, but instead has just met the Doctor and Eleanor.
Gambit of the Judoon by Ben Tedds – The search for the Doctor and Eleanor is underway and Invigilator Kollo and Captain Sydon are determined to catch them.

Finally, in Wanted Dead and Alive by Beth Axford, the universe knows the Eleventh Doctor died on the shores of Lake Silencio, but someone has just arrived at the lake early enough to save him. Although the Doctor knows he didn’t die, he’s fully aware that this rescue attempt could cause huge damage to time itself. The race is on to prevent a catastrophe.
Joining Miles and Jasmine are Grace Darling as investigative journalist Octavia Cain, David Shaw-Parker as Cromarty, Julie Teal as Ambassador Derrivan, Agnes Laverton as Mrs Pelter, Alan Cox (son of Succession’s Brian Cox) as the cybernetic policing overlord Kollo, and Louis Davison (son of Fifth Doctor actor Peter Davison) as the Doctor’s old friend Malk.
