Following hot on the heels of a brand new image of Benedict Cumberbatch’s Sorcerer Supreme [see here], we now have word that Marvel will give us our first look at director Scott Derrickson’s Doctor Strange next week.

The trailer will debut on Jimmy Kimmel Live this coming Tuesday, April 12th, with Benedict Cumberbatch appearing on the show alongside Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. star Clark Gregg.

Kimmel will also welcome Captain America: Civil War stars Chris Evans, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie and Paul Rudd to his show on Monday night, with Robert Downey Jr., Don Cheadle, Emily Van Camp, Chadwick Boseman and Paul Bettany appearing on the Wednesday. Chris Hemsworth making a guest appearance on Thursday, albeit to promote The Huntsman: Winter’s War.

Doctor Strange is set for release on October 28th, 2016 in the UK and November 4th, 2016 in the US, with Scott Derrickson (Sinister) with a cast that includes Benedict Cumberbatch (Sherlock) as Stephen Strange, Tilda Swinton (Snowpiercer) as The Ancient One, Chiwetel Ejiofor (12 Years a Slave) as Baron Mordo, Benedict Wong (The Martian) as Wong and Rachel McAdams (True Detective) and Mads Mikkelsen (Hannibal) in as-yet-unconfirmed roles.
