Stranger Things adds two new cast members for season 2

October 15, 2016 by Gary Collinson

Netflix’s hit supernatural series Stranger Things has added two new cast members for its second season, with EW reporting that Dacre Montgomery (Power Rangers) and Sadie Sink (American Odyssey) have signed on for major roles.

Sink is set to play Max, “a tough and confident girl whose appearance, behavior and pursuits seem more typical of boys than of girls in this era. She has a complicated history and is generally suspicious of those around her.”

Mongomery is portraying Billy, Max’s hyper-confident older step-brother, who “steals girlfriends away from their boyfriends, is great at drinking games, and drives a black Camaro. But lurking under his apparent charisma, is a violent and unpredictable nature.”
