If the casting of Ben Affleck as The Dark Knight sent comic book fans into a rage, then this latest tease may just cause the internet to explode… pop star Justin Bieber has posted an image to his Instagram account of him holding an alleged script for Batman vs. Superman (written by David S. Goyer and Zack Snyder, and based upon Batman: The Dark Knight Falls – the fourth issue of The Dark Knight Returns – by Frank Miller and Klaus Janson), which comes with the caption ‘Robin?’…
All I can say is, let’s pray this is a joke… fortunately, Bieber is set to shoot a new Funny or Die short, so hopefully it’s something to do with that.
Batman vs. Superman is set for release on July 17th, 2015, with Ben Affleck joined in the cast by returning Man of Steel stars Henry Cavill (Superman), Amy Adams (Lois Lane), Diane Lane (Martha Kent), and Lawrence Fishburne (Perry White).
