World of Tanks console players have trained Russians to use Shermans, fought Soviets in Berlin and took on Jerry in the Nazi invasion of Great Britain, now it’s time to turn the Cold War hot in Kennedy’s War, the fourth campaign in the popular War Stories series. This latest campaign will be arriving on the 17th October.
The Kennedy’s War campaign takes players to an alternate version of the Cuban Missile Crisis. In real life the US and USSR stood on the brink of a nuclear war after the Soviets installed nukes in Cuba and as you have probably noticed both sides worked out an agreement without firing a bullet never mind a nuke, however, in this alternate version of events things go more than a little pear shaped and it is up to the player to sort things out.
This latest campaign will see players jump into the shoes of SGT Dale Reece of the US Army and climb into the War Stories exclusive 2506 Tank to disarm the nuclear threat on Cuba. The 2506 Tank is a variant of the M41 Bulldog.
