Physical edition of sci-fi platformer Shiny arrives in February

If, like me, you prefer boxed editions of games to digital downloads then you may be happy to hear that publishers 1C and SOEDESCO have announced that the boxed edition of Shiny will be available for the Playstation 4 on the 27th February 2018.  Developed by Garage 227 Shiny provides plenty of family friendly platforming fun.  Watch the new trailer below…

In Shiny players take the role of Kramer 227, a little robot out to help his friends.  As Kramer 227 players must travel through levels to harvest energy and rescue all the other robots before their planet is destroyed.  As well as obstacles to overcome players will need to manage the energy levels of Kramer and his robot friends.

Shiny features:

  • Entertaining yet non-violent, platforming fun.
  • Twenty extensive levels to explore.
  • Robots will require energy to survive so manage your energy levels.
  • Cool power-ups can be found along the way which can be utilised to help save the planet.

Robots can have a heart… Shiny’s PlayStation®4 boxed edition is hitting the shelves on 27 February 2018!

Shiny is non-violent family friendly sci-fi platformer made by Garage 227. Players play as robot Kramer 227, who has to find a way to harvest energy and rescue its robotic friends before the doomed planet of Aurora crashes into its sun. On their journey, players need to overcome obstacles and manage their energy levels to power themselves and their friends on their way to safety.

Look out for the boxed edition of Shiny coming in February 2018.
