Assassin’s Creed Origins – The Hidden Ones available now

January 23, 2018 by Andrew Newton

If you managed to complete Assassin’s Creed Origins then today’s release of The Hidden Ones DLC will give you the perfect reason to return to the dusty, desert land of Egypt.  This new DLC features lots of new content including an increased level cap to 45 as well as lots of new missions.  The Hidden Ones DLC is available as part of the Season Pass or can be purchased separately.  Watch the new trailer below…

The events in The Hidden Ones DLC take place 4 years after the events in the campaign of Assassin’s Creed Origins and takes players to a new region of the map called The Sinai where they will clash with Roman forces.  This region is intended for people close to level 40 so it will provide a set of challenging missions, however, the rewards are well worth the effort.  The Sinai will give access to new weapons including four new Legendary weapons, new outfits to wear and new mounts to ride upon.  The Hidden Ones DLC will also be foreshadowed in a free quest titled Incoming Threat, which will be coming soon to all Assassin’s Creed Origins players.

Ubisoft have also announced release dates for future expansions; these include the Discovery Tour, an educational expansion that transforms the game into a violence-free living museum coming on the 20th February, and The Curse of the Pharaohs coming 6th March which will increase the level cap once more and pit Bayek against all kinds of mythical and undead beasts.
