John Travolta starring in Fred Durst-directed Moose

February 24, 2018 by Gary Collinson

Former Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst has kicked off production on Moose, a feature film which sees John Travolta leading a cast that also includes Devon Sawa, Jessica Uberuaga, Josh Richman and Jacob Grodnik.

Penned by Durst and Dave Bekerman, Moose reportedly follows rabid film fan who stalks his favorite action hero and destroys the star’s life. Filming on the project is now underway in Birmingham, Alabama.

After directing a number of music videos for Limp Bizkit, Korn and Staind, Durst helmed his first feature in 2007 with The Education of Charlie Banks, and followed that up in 2008 with The Longshots.

Travolta will next be seen as mob boss John Gotti Sr. in the mafia biopic Gotti, and also has Speed Kills and Trading Paint incoming this year.
