Abraham’s Boys: A Dracula Story trailer sees Van Helsing’s sons confront their legacy

June 10, 2025 by Amie Cranswick

Ahead of its theatrical release this July, RLJE Films and Shudder have shared a poster and trailer for Abraham’s Boys: A Dracula Story, the upcoming adaptation of Joe Hill’s short story from director Natasha Kermani (Lucky).

Serving as a sequel to Bram Stoker’s Dracula, the film centres on Max and Rudy Van Helsing as they uncover the truth behind their overprotective father’s dark past and his history with the blood-sucking Count, forcing the brothers to confront their terrifying legacy.

Featuring in the cast of Abraham’s Boys are Titus Welliver, Jocelin Donahue, Judah Mackey, Aurora Perrineau, and Brady Hepner. Check out the trailer below…

ABRAHAM’S BOYS follows Max and Rudy Van Helsing, who have spent their lives under the strict and overprotective rule of their father, Abraham. Unaware of his dark past, they struggle to understand his paranoia and increasingly erratic behavior. But when they begin to uncover the violent truths behind their father’s history with Dracula, their world unravels, forcing them to confront the terrifying legacy they were never meant to inherit.

Abraham’s Boys: A Dracula Story arrives in cinemas on July 11th.
