Bandai Namco has announced that That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime ISEKAI Chronicles will be arriving on Xbox One, Series X/S, Playstation 4 & 5, Nintendo Switch and PC on 8th August. Follow the story of Rimuru Tempest in this action RPG based on the hit anime and manga.
In That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime ISEKAI Chronicles players will follow Rimuru Tempest and his companions as they build and develop the Jura Tempest Federation, a nation of monsters working together to live more peaceful lives. Players will get to follow the original story of the manga/anime as well as two additional exclusive stories supervised by the original author, Fuse.
Using 2D side-scrolling RPG action, players will encounter and battle against powerful foes and bosses and take part in the big storylines such as the encounters with the Kijin and the battle against the greedy Kingdom of Falmuth. There will also be a number of sub-quests that players can complete when in the town.
Throughout battles, players will be able to create dynamic combos and techniques from the anime and learn more moves depending on how good a relationship they form with other characters, improving both relationships and fighting skills at the same time.
If that wasn’t enough, Rimuru can even take part in helping develop his city by building a variety of structures and taking advantage of the Tempest Resonance to help strengthen the residents.
