Hiya Toys has officially announced the Rocky IV version of Apollo Creed is coming to its Exquisite Super Series Rocky collection with a 1:12 action figure inspired by the likeness of Carl Weathers as the former heavyweight champion of the world, climbing into the ring for the final time in his fateful exhibition bout with Ivan Drago.
