Neon has dropped the trailer for 2073, their hybrid-documentary from Amy and Senna director Asif Kapadia.
Inspired by Chris Marker’s 1962 featurette La Jetée, which was also the source for Terry Gilliam’s 12 Monkeys, 2073 features Samantha Morton (The Walking Dead) and Naomie Ackie (Mickey 17) in a blend of science fiction and speculative nonfiction that predicts a future that may well become a reality.
