Chroma has shared a trailer, poster and images for the Australian crime thriller Pure Scum.
The film centres on entitled ex-private schoolboys Ayden and Jesse, as their night escalates into excess, indulgence and violence after fleeing the scene of a drug-fueled car crash into downtown Melbourne.
Written and directed by Gideon Aroni, the cast includes Aroni, Will Hutchins, and Nikita Chronis. Watch the trailer below…
Set over the course of a single night, PURE SCUM follows Ayden and Jesse, two recently graduated private-school boys who believe consequences don’t apply to them. After a drug-fueled car crash, they flee the scene and disappear into the city’s nightlife, determined to outrun responsibility through excess.
Pure Scum is set for release on August 19th.
