MTV has announced the nominations for the 2018 MTV Movie & TV Awards, which – after last year’s revamp – features a number of gender-neutral categories, as well as its traditional non-standard awards such as Best Kiss, Best Fight and Best Frightened Performance.
Leading the way with seven nominations in total is Black Panther (which also contests Best Movie with Girls Trip, It, Wonder Woman and fellow Marvel release Avengers: Infinity War), while Netflix’s Stranger Things has the most nominations on the television side of things with six.
