Bruce Lee battles Wong Jack Man in new trailer for Birth of the Dragon

With just three weeks to go until the release of Birth of the Dragon, a new trailer has arrived online for the upcoming drama which stars Philip Ng as martial arts superstar Bruce Lee and Yu Xia as Chinese kung fu master Wong Jack Man; check it out below along with a clip from the film which sees Ng’s Lee take on a group of thugs in an alley…

Set against the backdrop of 1960s San Francisco, BIRTH OF THE DRAGON is a modern take on the classic movies that Bruce Lee was known for. It takes its inspiration from the epic and still controversial showdown between an up-and-coming Bruce Lee and kung fu master Wong Jack Man – a battle that gave birth to a legend.

Birth of the Dragon is set for release on August 25th.
