Jessie Robertson reviews the fifth episode of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow season 3…Rip Hunter returns! and there’s a vampire loose in London! As the threat of our now named supervillain (Mollusk? No Nate, Mollus) looms, the Legends season long story starts to take shape; that doesn’t mean there isn’t room for its utter ridiculousness to shine […]
The Flash Season 4 Episode 5 Review – ‘Girls Night Out’
Jessie Robertson reviews the fifth episode of The Flash season 4…It’s Bachelor & Bachelorette Party Time! Right from the get, you know this episode is going to be fun and light-hearted; and it was, but in the middle of it all, I feel like we finally get the definitive Caitlin episode. I liked that her […]
Arrow Season 6 Episode 4 Review – ‘Reversal’
Jessie Robertson reviews the fourth episode of Arrow season 6…On Diggle’s 2nd mission, Oliver flies co-pilot and a mysterious baddie is revealed!Ollicity, to some, was deemed DOA and a complete disaster; it was something everyone was begging for (ok, the root CW audience) but once they got it, they hated it and it was always […]
DC’s Legends of Tomorrow Season 3 Episode 4 – ‘Phone Home’
Jessie Robertson reviews the fourth episode of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow season 3…Legends basically parodies (?) ET and it’s marvelous. When the Arrowverse started, it began with Arrow; a dark, brutal journey through vigilantism that was still part CW show with hot, beautiful people in ever-changing relationships but with mysterious pasts. When The Flash arrived, it […]
The Flash Season 4 Episode 4 Review – ‘Elongated Journey Into Night’
Jessie Robertson reviews the fourth episode of The Flash season 4…Now, we’re watching The Flash. This episode debuts one of The Flash’s best super-hero buds, Ralph Dibny, DC Comics’ best detective (sorry, Batman), and second most famous stretchy hero, Elongated Man. Story wise, it’s a very interesting idea to have Ralph be enemies with Barry […]

The Flash Season 4 Episode 3 Review – ‘Luck Be a Lady’
Jessie Robertson reviews the third episode of The Flash season 4…It’s as if anytime Harrison Wells (any Harrison Wells) is on, the episode is good. Weird, right? It’s goofy as hell, but this jives so much better with what The Flash should be. Our villain of the week: Literally a woman who’s always had bad luck […]
Arrow Season 6 Episode 2 Review – ‘Tribute’
Jessie Robertson reviews the second episode of Arrow season 6…After being outed as the Green Arrow, Mayor Queen deflects and dodges, as he does best, and by the episode’s end, has once again supplanted stories he is the masked vigilante, only to relinquish the hood to another. This week’s Arrow played out as more like a […]
DC’s Legends of Tomorrow Season 3 Episode 2 Review – ‘Freak Show’
Jessie Robertson reviews the second episode of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow season 3…This week’s Legends opens with a particularly hot scene between Amaya and Nate when they were together and is the highlight of another wacky adventure as they track down time anachronisms (they are really pushing to bring that word back into modern vernacular).Equipped […]
