Charlie Cox is just as excited about Karen & Foggy return in Daredevil: Born Again as the fans

March 18, 2024 by EJ Moreno

With Daredevil: Born Again undergoing its creative reboot, the return of Deborah Ann Woll and Elden Henson delighted fans.

No one is happier about Karen Page and Franklin ‘Foggy’ Nelson’s return than Charlie Cox, who plays the titular crimefighter.

With production underway and set photos confirming Woll and Henson coming back, the actor is free to express his happiness about their return in a new interview with Collider.

Cox tells Collider, “Yeah, it was pretty heartbreaking when they weren’t around initially. When we came back to filming and they had made some changes, which you guys obviously probably read about and stuff, you know, it was clear that Foggy and Karen are kind of the heartbeat of our show. They always were.”

As for recapturing the magic with them back, Cox seems overjoyed. He reveals, “So [it feels] really special to have them back—huge shout out to Deborah and to Elden. I know there’s been photos; there were some set photos that came out, so I know I can talk about it because it’s on the internet. But it was really sweet to have some scenes together again.”

The Daredevil reboot, heading to Disney+, isn’t just bringing back Foggy & Karen; it’s been confirmed that Vincent D’Onofrio’s Kingpin, Wilson Bethel’s Bullseye, and Jon Bernthal’s The Punisher will also return.
