Clone Commander Gree joins Hot Toys’ Star Wars sixth scale collection

May 11, 2026 by Gary Collinson

Hot Toys is further expanding the ranks of its sixth scale Grand Army of the Republic with the upcoming release of a new Clone Commander Gree action figure, as inspired by the character’s appearance in 2005’s Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith. Available to pre-order now, you can check out the official promotional images and details below…

Clone Commander Gree, designation 1004, led the Elite Corps of the Republic army during the Clone Wars, deploying to the frontlines of some of the galaxy’s most intense conflicts. During the legendary Battle of Kashyyyk, Gree fought alongside the Wookiees and served directly under Jedi Master Yoda. However, as a loyal clone trooper, his ultimate allegiance was to the Republic. When Supreme Chancellor Palpatine enacted Order 66, branding all Jedi as enemies of the state, Gree unhesitatingly attempted to strike down his Jedi commander from behind, only to be fatally outmaneuvered by Yoda’s lightning-fast reflexes. Sideshow and Hot Toys is thrilled to expand its Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith™ collection and introduce the Clone Commander Gree™ Sixth Scale Collectible Figure.

The Clone Commander Gree™ Sixth Scale Collectible Figure features a finely crafted helmeted head, a highly detailed set of armor, and a utility belt in a distinctive multi-green camouflage colorway painted with realistic weathering effects and worn over a black fabric undersuit. Gree is fully prepped for the Kashyyyk frontlines with a DC-15A blaster rifle, a DC-15A blaster carbine, macrobinoculars, and a datapad. For maximum display versatility, he comes with a variety of interchangeable hands to recreate his combat and commanding stances. Finally, to recreate the tragic turning point of the Republic, Gree includes an Emperor Palpatine hologram and an imagecaster to receive the chilling Order 66.
