Dark horror adventure Shines Over: The Damned coming to PS5 this spring

February 16, 2024 by Andrew Newton

Firenut Games has announced that their dark horror adventure game Shines Over: The Damned will be arriving exclusively on the Playstation 5 this spring. Watch the new announcement trailer below….

Shines Over: The Damned provides a unique adventuring experience while facing the horror of a mysterious and terrifying world. This horror-filled world hides plenty of secrets that wait to be discovered but an oppressively terrifying atmosphere may make players focus on more on what may be hidden in the shadows than that which is in front of them.

The player’s character has no name, no weapons and no friends, only a faithful dog that will guide them through a world where their senses will be tested and tensions will be raised while they tackle the environmental puzzles and dangers in store.

Features of Shines Over: The Damned include:

  • A dark and oppressive world that will have players on the edge of their seats.
  • Megascans Technology has been used to create beautiful and haunting environments to enhance the dark storyline.
  • Expect jump scares during the tense explorations of the terrifying world.
  • Platforming elements that provide access to new areas of the game world.
  • Exciting and challenging environmental puzzles that reveal the game’s secrets.

Firenut Games will be releasing Shines Over: The Damned exclusively on Playstation 5 this spring.
