Dystopian sci-fi adventure Rain of Reflections set to arrive on Steam this Friday

September 19, 2019 by Andrew Newton

Chapter 1 of Lionbite Games’ atmospheric, dystopian sci-fi adventure, Rain of Reflections, arrives on Steam for PC this Friday (20th September).  To celebrate the upcoming release, the developers have revealed two walkthrough videos of the game’s demo.  Watch these below…

Titled “Set Free”, this first chapter focuses on Wilona, a scientist working on a cure for the worlds sudden infertility.  Doubting the morality of the experiments on the lastborn child, Wilona decide she must free the subject, although powerful forces will attempt to stop her.

Rain of Reflections features:

  • Choose every single line spoken by the protagonist in order to convince, defuse or outsmart a variety of characters.
  • Varied environments to explore, ranging from a sophisticated upper class area, the flooded slums of the Trench, the twisted Temple, the heavily guarded Waste Plant and the clinical Labs.
  • A turn-based strategy system provides a range of tactical options allowing players to move stealthily, speak or open fire with precise shots causing environmental damage.
  • Hack computer systems, pick locks and listen in on radio frequencies.
  • Choose how you play – point and click the character to where you want them to go or control their movement with a gamepad.
  • Consider every choice made, each choice has its consequences on the world, may affect characters living or dying and even the outcome of the story.
