Edge of Tomorrow 2 titled Live Die Repeat and Repeat, Emily Blunt confirmed to return

May 7, 2017 by Gary Collinson

It looks like Warner Bros. will be sticking with its Live Die Repeat rebranding for the upcoming sequel to Edge of Tomorrow.

Director Doug Liman has revealed to Collider that the film is going by the title of Live Die Repeat and Repeat, as well as confirming that Emily Blunt’s Sergeant Rita Vrataski will be back alongside Tom Cruise’s Major Bill Cage.

“We have an amazing story! It’s incredible! Way better than the first film, and I obviously loved the first film. It will be called Live Die Repeat and Repeat. Tom is excited about it, and Emily Blunt is excited about it. The big question is just when we’ll do it. But it’s not an if, it’s a when.”

Liman has previously bigged up the project on a massive scale, going as far as to claim that it will “revolutionize how people make sequels.”

Before we get to Live Die Repeat and Repeat, Liman has The Wall and American Made incoming (the latter of which reunites him with Tom Cruise), while he’s also attached to Chaos Walking and the Justice League Dark movie Dark Universe.

Are you looking forward to Live Die Repeat and Repeat? What do you make of the title? Let us know below…
