Explore the origins of the Bene Gesserit with Dune: Prophecy trailer

With just a month to go until Dune: Prophecy premieres on Max, a new trailer has arrived online for the small screen adaptation of Brian Herbert and Kevin J. Anderson’s Dune prequel novel Sisterhood of Dune.

The sci-fi drama series is set 10,000 years before the event of Dune and follows two Harkonnen sisters as they establish the powerful sisterhood the Bene Gesserit.

Featuring in the cast are Emily Watson, Olivia Williams, Travis Fimmel, Jodhi May, Mark Strong, Sarah-Sofie Boussnina, Josh Heuston, Chloe Lea, Jade Anouka, Faoileann Cunningham, Edward Davis, Aoife Hinds, Chris Mason, Shalom Brune-Franklin, Camilla Beeput, Jihae, Tabu, Charithra Chandran, Jessica Barden, Emma Canning, and Yerin Ha. From the expansive universe of ‘Dune,’ created by acclaimed author Frank Herbert, and 10,000 years before the ascension of Paul Atreides, ‘Dune: Prophecy’ follows two Harkonnen sisters as they combat forces that threaten the future of humankind, and establish the fabled sect that will become known as the Bene Gesserit.

Dune: Prophecy premieres on Max on November 17th.
