Festive slasher Carnage for Christmas gets a trailer, poster and images

October 21, 2024 by Amie Cranswick

Dark Star Pictures has shared a trailer, poster and images for Carnage for Christmas, the upcoming festive horror from writer-director Alice Maio Mackay.

Jeremy Moineau stars as Lola, a true crime podcaster who returns to her home town for the holidays for the first time since her transition, where a psychotic killer dressed as Santa terrorises the town, paying homage to its haunted legend, The Toymaker.

Joining Moineau in the cast are Dominque Booth, Zarif, Olivia Deeble, Joe Romeo, and Betsey Brown. Watch the trailer below…

It’s Christmas, so come with us on a blood-soaked sleigh ride to the conservative hometown of trans true-crime podcaster, Lola. Worried about the town’s reaction to her transition, Lola is ready to take on anyone this holiday season! However, she didn’t expect that person to be a Santa masked killer – paying grisly homage to the town’s own haunted legend, The Toymaker. Now Lola – who has her own connection to the original Toymaker murders – must put an end to these gruesome murders.

Carnage for Christmas arrives on digital on October 22nd.
