First look at Netflix’s Stephen King adaptation Mr Harrigan’s Phone

Netflix has released the first images from the the streamer’s latest Stephen King adaptation Mr. Harrigan’s Phone, featuring stars Jaeden Martell, Kirby Howell-Baptiste, Donald Sutherland, Cyrus Arnold, Bennett Saltzman, Alexa Niziak, and Conor William Wright.

Written and directed by John Lee Hancock, the horror follows Craig (It star Jaeden Martell), a teenager who befriends an elderly, reclusive billionaire (Donald Sutherland), and the pair bond over books and an iPhone. However, when his new friend passes, Craig discovers that not everything dead is gone when he starts receiving text messages from beyond the grave.

Craig, a young boy living in a small town, who befriends older, reclusive billionaire, Mr. Harrigan. The two form a bond over books and an iPhone, but when the man passes away, the boy discovers that not everything dead is gone, and finds himself able to communicate with his friend from the grave through the iPhone that was buried with him.
