Hawkman to appear in The Flash and Arrow before DC’s Legends of Tomorrow

July 24, 2015 by Gary Collinson

Before Hawkman flies onto The CW as part of the upcoming DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, the character is set to make his debut on the network’s other superhero shows Arrow and The Flash, Entertainment Weekly has revealed.

The site reports that The CW’s version of Carter Hall is described as “charismatic and wise beyond his years, Hawkman is a natural-born leader with an abundance of charm and confidence—well, that’s because he’s 5,000 years old. Much like the comic book iteration, Carter retains his memories of his past lives each time he is reborn, though his lover (aka Hawkgirl) is born anew. In other words, Kendra Saunders will have no idea who he is at first.”

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow is set to star Brandon Routh (Ray Palmer/The Atom), Victor Garber (Martin Stein/Firestorm), Wentworth Miller (Leonard Snart/Captain Cold), Dominic Purcell (Mick Rory/Heat Wave) and Caity Lotz (Sara Lance/White Canary) alongside Ciara Renee (Law & Order: SVU) as Kendra Saunders/Hawkgirl, Arthur Darvill (Doctor Who) as Rip Hunter, and Franz Drameh (Attack the Block) as Jay Jackson.
