Ink-stained horror Bendy and the Dark Revival launches physical edition

September 27, 2025 by Andrew Newton

Silver Lining Interactive and Joey Drew Studios have announced the release of physical editions of their inky survival horror title Bendy and the Dark Revival on PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch. Those who love their physical media can enjoy these ink-filled nightmares in its most haunting form yet.

This first-person survival horror puts players in the shoes of Audrey, an animator who has become trapped in a dark, ink-soaked version of her old studio. Players will need to guide Audrey through the twisting corridors and rooms of this eerie reprint of her world and face the nightmarish enemies so she can end the legacy of the dreaded Ink Demon and return to the real world.

If players are to survive they must sneak, fight and use all their wits to make it through the nightmare. Players will need to discover and solve puzzles to make progress and use stealth to avoid deadly encounters with these animated abominations. Alternatively, face enemies head-on with a variety of inky powers that can improve over time.

In this dark mystery, where animation and reality collide, players will need to face the creatures lurking in the shadows and uncover the pieces of Audrey’s past so she can escape.

Featuring:

  • First-person survival horror through a dilapidated ink-filled world.
  • Use agility, stealth and strategy to fight the drawn denizens.
  • Gain powerful new abilities.
  • Ally with cartoon characters and defeat the horror that is the Ink Demon.
  • Solve environmental puzzles.
  • Discover the secrets of the ‘rubber hose’ cartoon world of Joey Drew Studios.

The physical edition of Bendy and the Dark Revival is out now and available to purchase from Silver Lining Direct and local retail stores.
