Lioness season 2 trailer reveals October return for Taylor Sheridan series

Paramount has released the trailer for the second season of Lioness, Taylor Sheridan’s action spy drama that stars Zoe Saldaña and Nicole Kidman which will premiere on October 27th. The trailer previews the larger threats and personal sacrifices the Lioness team have to face in order to protect their country.

Lioness stars Zoe Saldaña as Lioness field director Joe, Nicole Kidman as Lioness leader Kaitlyn Meade, Morgan Freeman as U.S. Secretary of State Edwin Mullins, Michael Kelly as CIA Deputy Director Byron Westfield, Laysla De Oliveira as Sergeant Cruz Manuelos, Dave Annable, Jill Wagner as Bobby, Dave Annable as Neil, LaMonica Garrett as Tucker and James Jordan as Two Cups.

Joining the upcoming season are Genesis Rodriguez (The Umbrella Academy), Max Martini (The Tender Bar), Kirk Acevedo (Band Of Brothers) and Patricia De Leon (Mayans M.C.). Watch the trailer below…

As the CIA’s fight against terror moves closer to home, Joe, Kaitlyn, and Byron enlist a new Lioness operative to infiltrate a previously unknown threat. With pressure mounting from all sides, Joe is forced to confront the profound personal sacrifices she has made as the leader of the Lioness program.

Lioness season two will premiere on Paramount+ on October 27th.
