Lois and Jimmy are on the hunt for Superman’s identity in My Adventures with Superman trailer

June 5, 2023 by Ricky Church

A new trailer for Adult Swim and Max’s My Adventures with Superman has arrived. The trailer sees Lois Lane get tasked with showing the Daily Planet’s newest interns, Clark Kent and Jimmy Olsen, the ropes and recruits them for the story of the century: discovering the identity of Metropolis’ newest hero Superman. Audiences can see the latest Superman animated series when it premieres July 6th at midnight. Watch the trailer below…

The voice cast so far is Jack Quaid (The Boys) as Superman/Clark Kent, Alice Lee (Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist) as Lois Lane and Ishmel Sahid (Cousins for Life) as Jimmy Olsen.

My Adventures with Superman was developed by Sam Register (Batman: The Doom That Came to Gotham), Jake Wyatt (Invader Zim: Enter the Florpus), Brendan Clogher (Voltron: Legendary Defender) and Josie Campbell (Legion of Super-Heroes).

My Adventures with Superman catches up with twenty-somethings Clark Kent, the bright and driven Lois Lane, and their best friend Jimmy Olsen as they begin to discover who they are and everything they can accomplish together as an investigative reporting team at the Daily Planet.

In this serialized coming-of-age story, we follow Clark as he builds his secret Superman identity and embraces his role as the hero of Metropolis – and perhaps the world. Lois, now growing into a star investigative journalist, takes aspiring photographer Jimmy Olsen under her wing. All the while, Clark and Lois are falling in love, sharing adventures, taking down bad guys, stumbling over secrets, and discovering what it means to be Superman and Lois Lane.
