Looney Tunes: Wacky World of Sports to deliver cartoon antics this September

June 20, 2024 by Andrew Newton

GameMill Entertainment announced at this year’s Nintendo Direct event that fan-favourite cartoon characters Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck and the rest of the Looney Tunes will be arriving on PC and consoles in September in Looney Tunes: Wacky World of Sports. This first Looney Tunes game in over a decade will let gamers play as their favourite cartoon characters in four fast-paced sports.  Watch the new trailer below….

With Looney Tunes: Wacky World of Sports, players can dive into four exciting, fast-paced sports as their favourite Looney Tunes character.  Nine classic fan-favourite characters, from Bugs Bunny to Elmer Fudd, can be selected and each comes with their own special abilities allowing players to choose one that suits their own playstyle.

Whether in  solo play or local multiplayer, players can take part in 3v3 football, 2v2basketball, 4-player golf and 1v1 or 2v2 tennis, all of which have their own little twists. Avoid wacky obstacles and gain zany power-ups that will bring all manner of Looney Tunes infused chaos to the game.

Featuring:

  • Four action-packed sports – basketball, football, arcade tennis and golf.
  • Choose from nine iconic characters, including Bugs Bunny, Lola Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, Elmer Fudd, Sylvester, Taz, Wile E. Coyote and the Road Runner.
  • Compete with friends in local co-op or play solo.
  • Play across iconic Looney Tunes worlds such as Galactic Outpost Delta, Porky’s Barn, Foghorn’s Farm, Road Runner’s Canyon, Whispering Woods, Martian Command Center, Granny’s House and more.
  • A wealth of ACME products that can be used to disrupt opponents, but be careful of the anvil.

Look out for Looney Tunes: Wacky World of Sports coming this September to Nintendo Switch, Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and PC via Steam.
