Neon shares trailer for acclaimed drama Sirāt

October 31, 2025 by Amie Cranswick

Neon has released a poster and trailer for director Oliver Laxe’s acclaimed mystery drama Sirât.

The winner of the Jury Prize at Cannes earlier this year and Spain’s official entry for the Oscars, the film follows a father (Sergi López) and his son (Bruno Núñez Arjona) as they embark on a journey that forces them to confront their own limits as the search for his daughter in a series of endless raves deep in the mountains and desert of southern Morocco. Check out the trailer below…

A father (Sergi López) and his son arrive at a rave deep in the mountains of southern Morocco. They are searching for Mar — daughter and sister — who vanished months ago at one of these endless, sleepless parties. Surrounded by electronic music and a raw, unfamiliar sense of freedom, they hand out her photo again and again. Hope is fading, but they push through and follow a group of ravers heading to one last party in the desert. As they venture deeper into the burning wilderness, the journey forces them to confront their own limits.

Sirât arrives in select cinemas on November 14th.
