Resident Evil reboot gets a new poster featuring some familiar names

Featuring a line-up of some of the Resident Evil franchise’s most iconic names, the Sony Pictures and Constantin Film Resident Evil reboot has just unveiled its teaser poster ahead of its September release.

The image was tweeted by actor Chad Rook, who plays Richard Aiken, a member of the S.T.A.R.S. Bravo Team who are sent in to Racoon City to investigate the strange goings on at the Spencer Mansion.

Written and directed by 47 Meters Down helmer Johannes Roberts, the reboot, which promises to take fans back to the origins of the Racoon City outbreak, will be released theatrically on September 3rd this year.

Starring Kaya Scodelario (Crawl) as Claire Redfield, Hannah John-Kamen (Ant-Man and the Wasp) as Jill Valentine, Robbie Amell (Arrowverse) as Chris Redfield, Tom Hopper (The Umbrella Academy) as Albert Wesker, Avan Jogia (Zombieland: Double Tap) as Leon S. Kennedy, and Neal McDonough (DC’s Legends of Tomorrow) as William Birkin.
