Resident Evil Requiem launches pre-orders

November 1, 2025 by Andrew Newton

Capcom’s Resident Evil Requiem is set to launch on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox Series X|S, PC via Steam and Epic Games Store on 27th February 2026, and pre-orders are now available.  All those who pre-order will receive Grace’s gritty costume “Apocalypse” as a bonus. There’s also a new video available (see below) called ‘Road to Requiem’, hosted by Maggie Robertson, voice actress of the iconic Lady Dimitrescu in Resident Evil Village.

There are two different editions of Resident Evil Requiem available – Standard and Deluxe editions. While the Standard Edition features only the game, the Deluxe Edition will also include an exclusive pack of five costumes, four weapon skins, two screen filters, two weapon charms, and much more.

If that wasn’t enough, fans of Fortnite will be happy to hear that if they purchase Resident Evil Requiem via Epic Games Store they will receive special Resident Evil-themed collaboration items for use in Fortnite. These items will arrive for players once the game launches.

Resident Evil fans with a Nintendo Switch 2 will also be able to purchase a special edition Pro Controller that features designs from the game and comes in a nice gunmetal-inspired black. This will be available from Nintendo on the day of release. Additionally, coming in summer 2026, Nintendo will release their first ever Resident Evil amiibo.

There’s more good news for Nintendo Switch 2 owners, as Resident Evil Biohazard Gold Edition and Resident Evil Village Gold Edition will also launch on 27th February. These two new editions will feature post-story scenarios and extra game modes, as well as a third-person option for Village.

Look out for more news on Resident Evil Requiem coming soon.
