Rumour: Jamie Lee Curtis may appear in The Mandalorian season 2

March 31, 2020 by Samuel Brace

The latest Star Wars rumour is suggesting that Halloween and Knives Out star Jamie Lee Curtis could appear in The Mandalorian season 2.

As with all rumours, they should be taken lightly until anything is confirmed, but right now Making Star Wars is reporting that Jamie Lee Curtis is joining the cast of The Mandalorian season 2.

This comes off the back of reports regarding Ahsoka Tano making an appearance and other intriguing casting reports. Making Star Wars has the following to say regarding Jamie Lee Curtis:

“For a few days during the filming of Star Wars: The Mandalorian’s second season I had Jamie Lee Curtis at the location for the filming of the show. If I’m wrong, I’m guessing she’s involved in Avatar 2 as it is in the same general location as well. One day around the set and I can see Curtis having been there for a set visit. But there were multiple times she was around and I think she has a role in the series. I reached out to sources for confirmation and at the moment, and I can’t get total confirmation of it because of the current climate of the world if you know what I mean. I reached out to Curtis and I didn’t get a response back.”

As you can see, this is pretty speculative but if its right, The Mandalorian‘s cast has another excellent addition to boast of. We will see if any gets confirmed by Lucasfilm.

Season 2 of The Mandalorian is set to premiere in October 2020 and sees the returning Pedro Pascal (Din Djarin), Gina Carano (Cara Dune), Carl Weathers (Greef Karga), Giancarlo Esposito (Moff Gideon) and Bill Burr (Mayfield) along with Rosario Dawson (Daredevil) as Ahsoka Tano and Michael Biehn (The Terminator) as a bounty hunter.
