Shorty joins Mezco Toyz’s Killer Klowns from Outer Space plush collection

April 11, 2026 by Amie Cranswick

Mezco Toyz has announced that Shorty will soon be joining the previously released Slim as part of its MDS Mega Scale plush collection inspired by the cult classic 1988 sci-fi horror-comedy Killer Klowns from Outer Space which comes with sound effects from the movie with each squeeze of the creepy extraterrestrial. It is available to pre-order now, priced at $100; check it out here…

Step right up—if you dare—and make room for a little mischief from beyond the big top. The MDS Mega Scale Killer Klowns from Outer Space: Shorty has arrived, bringing pint-sized terror with a whole lot of attitude.

Standing 15 inches tall, Shorty may be small in stature, but he’s big on chaos. Dressed in his signature brightly colored clown suit with exaggerated details and eerie alien features, this fan-favorite Klown is recreated with screen-accurate precision—from his mischievous expression to his unmistakable tuft of wild hair.

Shorty comes packed with sound effects that capture his playful yet sinister nature, including manic Klown laughter and a mix of offbeat carnival sounds like a squeaky toy, horn blasts, and slapstick-style hits. Each press unleashes a new layer of bizarre, otherworldly fun.

Straight from the 1988 cult classic, Killer Klowns from Outer Space, Shorty proves that the smallest Klown can cause the biggest trouble. Equal parts creepy and comical, he’s a standout addition to any horror collection.

The MDS Mega Scale Shorty comes packaged in a collector-friendly window box, perfect for display.
