Skybound brings Frankenstein to its Universal Monsters comic line with new series

Skybound Entertainment and Image Comics have announced that they are expanding their line of Universal Monsters comic books with a new four-issue Frankenstein series from writer and artist Michael Walsh (The Silver Coin). 

The four-issue limited series becomes Skybound’s third Universal Monsters series after Dracula and Creature From the Black Lagoon Lives!, and is described as a “jaw-dropping re-imagining of the horror hit” with each issue delving into the story behind one of the body parts used to create the unforgettable Monster as played by Boris Karloff in 1931 film.

Universal Monsters: Frankenstein #1 will go on sale on August 28th 2024.
