The ghostly chaos of SpongeBob SquarePants: Titans of the Tide has arrived on the Nintendo Switch. SpongeBob and Patrick’s supernatural adventure sees trouble come to Bikini Bottom thanks to two of the Seven Seas’ biggest egos. A feud between the Flying Dutchman and King Neptune has broken out, and all manner of ghostly mischief and mayhem is spreading throughout Bikini Bottom. It’s up to SpongeBob and Patrick to save the day as they face off against larger-than-life bosses in a brand-new story voiced by the original cast of the cartoon.
There’s a whole variety of familiar locations for players to visit, including less visited locales such as Neptune’s Palace and Mount Bikini.
Players will be able to switch between the two characters and combine their unique skills, and master Patrick’s new skills, including grappling and burrowing, to help reach new areas.
When it comes to battles, you can’t get any more epic than for the duo to face the likes of the Flying Dutchman, King Neptune, and most fearsome of all, Hibernation Sandy.
Players can also get the Titans of the Tide song off all major music streaming platforms if they can’t get enough of it in-game.
