The Ninth Doctor Adventures: Pandemonium, brand-new adventure for the Ninth Doctor is available today from Big Finish, and this one brings complete and utter chaos to the Powell Estate. The past has broken through to present-day London and not even the Doctor knows why it’s happening.
When the Doctor and Rose arrive back on London’s Powell Estate, they find that history has caught up with them. Celtic warriors are stirring up trouble on the streets, the famed writer Samuel Pepys has had a bit too much to drink, and the Five Children & It writer, Edith Nesbit, is now Jackie Tyler’s new flatmate. With more and more historical figures appearing, and apparently no reason as to why, the Doctor is determined to find out why it’s happening and how to stop it. Meanwhile, Rose is wondering whether there is a chance for her to have one last meeting with her dad.
Christopher Eccleston takes on the role as the great Ninth Doctor, with Billie Piper once again joining him as Rose. The cast also includes Camille Coduri, who reprises the role of Jackie Tyler, Clive Hayward as Glen, Kate Harbour as Edith Nesbit/Violette Szabo/Celtic Warrior, and Nick Denning-Read as Paul/Samuel Pepys.
