Trailer for mystery drama A Private Life starring Jodie Foster

Sony Pictures Classics has released a trailer and poster for A Private Life, the French mystery drama from director Rebecca Zlotowski.

Jodie Foster stars as Lilian Steiner, a psychologist who launches her own investigation into the death of one of her patients, believing they had been murdered.

Alongside Foster, the cast includes Daniel Auteuil, Virginie Efira, Matthieu Amalric, Vincent Lacoste, and Luana Bajrami. Watch the trailer below…

Renowned psychiatrist Lilian Steiner (Jodie Foster in a kinetic performance) is deeply troubled by the sudden death of one of her patients. Convinced that it was murder, she decides to investigate.
