Visit the Daidalos Mobile Shipyard in the latest video for Battlestar Galactica Deadlock

August 31, 2017 by Andrew Newton

With the release of Battlestar Galactica: Deadlock tomorrow, the folk at Slitherine and Black Lab Games have released a brand new trailer which provides us with everything we need to know about the Daidolos Mobile Shipyard.  Watch this informative new video below…

In Battlestar Galactica: Deadlock players will be able to command and construct their fleet from the bridge of the Daidalos Mobile Shipyard and view the intense tactical space battles in full 3D and with 4K supported environments for those with 4K capabilities.

The Daidalos Mobile Shipyard serves as a command post, mobile shipyard for construction of the Jupiter Class Battlestars and serves as a repair and resupply drydock for vessels.  During combat it is moved out of range of the action but should it be attacked then it does have access to gun batteries and hangars filled with Viper squadrons for defensive purposes.

Battlestar Galactica: Deadlock is a strategy game that will transport players to the time of the First Cylon War in order to defend the Twelve Colonies. Players will need to build huge fleets to defend the human colonies and be able to choose from the large variety of ships available including the Manticore Corvette and the mighty Jupiter Class Battlestar. Viper squadrons and Raptor scouts will also be available as to use as the fleet engages Cylon Raiders and Basestars.

Make sure to download Battlestar Galactica: Deadlock from Steam tomorrow.
