Watch the latest gameplay trailer for World of Tanks: HEAT

March 6, 2026 by Andrew Newton

Wargaming has released the next chapter in the Foundations video series from World of Tanks: HEAT, Foundations: Human-Machine Synergy. This latest video in the series looks into the relationship between Agents and their tanks, specifically how coordination, customisation, and Ultimate abilities work together to change outcomes of each battle. Watch this new video below….

In this upcoming title, Agents are at the centre of every battle. They aren’t just vehicle operators, they calculate and manage battles and their outcomes through upgrades, adjustments, and their own approach to combat situations.

Agents can take on one of three distinct roles in battle – Defenders anchor the frontline together and soak up damage while delivering heavy firepower in return; the Assault role strikes fast and repositions before the enemies can retaliate, and the Marksman role observes the combat from a distance, taking out enemies with pinpoint accuracy.

Each Agent will take control of two specialised tanks, each with their own special abilities, such as launching drones or projecting decoys, and use these vehicles to carry out specific roles on the battlefield. When the battle reaches its breaking point, Agents can then use their Ultimate Abilities and alter the course of battle.

The new video highlights some of the Ultimates available to Agents. These are Contracted Strikes where the vehicle performs a crushing ‘Hydra’ rocket attack, hitting all enemies in range; Hunting Time for a peak predator mode with guided missile attacks with instant cooldown, and Creeping Barrage which carries out successive artillery blasts on targeted zones.

World of Tanks: HEAT will launch on Xbox Series X/S, Playstation 5 and PC. PC gamers can wishlist the game now on Steam.
