Yesterday, Lucasfilm confirmed the rumours that Thor: Ragnarok and Jojo Rabbit director Taika Waititi is set for a return to the galaxy far, far away following his work on The Mandalorian, with the filmmaker set to take the helm of a brand new Star Wars movie which he’s also co-writing with Oscar-nominated screenwriter Krysty Wilson-Cairns (1917).
