Wonder Woman score tracklisting offers up plot details

May 10, 2017 by Gary Collinson

We’re just a few weeks away from the release of Wonder Woman, the fourth instalment of the DC Extended Universe, and today we have the official tracklisting for Rupert Gregson-Williams’ original motion picture score, which offers up plenty of details about what we can expect from the plot of the Amazon Princes’ solo movie.

1. Amazons Of Themyscira
2. History Lesson
3. Angel On The Wing
4. Ludendorff, Enough!
5. Pain, Loss & Love
6. No Man’s Land
7. Fausta
8. Wonder Woman’s Wrath
9. The God Of War
10. We Are All To Blame
11. Hell Hath No Fury
12. Lightning Strikes
13. Trafalgar Celebration
14. Action Reaction
15. To Be Human – Sia (feat. Labrinth)

Based on what we’ve seen from the trailers and other promotional material, the above titles give us a pretty clear idea of how the movie will play out. Interestingly, the tracks ‘History Lesson’ and ‘Action Reaction’ also appear to lend some weight to those plot rumours that made their way online back in February.

Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, when an American pilot crashes on their shores and tells of a massive conflict raging in the outside world, Diana leaves her home, convinced she can stop the threat. Fighting alongside man in a war to end all wars, Diana will discover her full powers…and her true destiny.

Wonder Woman will hit cinemas on June 1st in the UK and June 2nd in North America, with Patty Jenkins (Monster) directing a cast that includes Gal Gadot (Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice), Chris Pine (Star Trek), Connie Nielsen (Gladiator), Robin Wright (House of Cards), Danny Huston (X-Men Origins: Wolverine), David Thewlis (The Theory of Everything), Ewen Bremner (Snowpiercer), Said Taghmaoui (American Hustle), Elena Anaya (The Skin I Live In), Lisa Loven Kongsli (Force Majeure), Lucy Davis (Shaun of the Dead), Eugene Brave Rock (Jamestown) and Ann Wolf.
