Over the past month Marvel has been assembling the supporting cast to feature alongside Hayley Atwell in the upcoming ABC TV series Agent Carter, and now it has been confirmed by Marvel that Dominic Cooper is set to reprise the role of Howard Stark, having previously portrayed the character in Captain America: The First Avenger as well as the Agent Carter Marvel One-Shot.
Atwell and Cooper are set to be joined in the cast of Agent Carter by Shea Whigham (Boardwalk Empire) as Roger Dooley, head of the Strategic Scientific Reserve (SSR), along with Enver Gjokaj (Dollhouse) as Agent Daniel Sousa, Chad Michael Murray (One Tree Hill) as Agent Jack Thompson and James D’Arcy (Let’s Be Cops) as Jarvis.
Agent Carter is set to get underway on ABC in January and will air during the midseason break of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D..
