Rachel Nichols to star in French slasher remake Inside, early sales art released

February 15, 2016 by Gary Collinson

Following hot on the heels of the Martyrs remake, Hollywood is taking another stab at a French horror, with Variety reporting that Rachel Nichols (G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra, Star Trek) is set to headline director Miguel Ángel Vivas’ (Kidnapped) remake of the 2007 slasher À L’Intérieur.

Courtesy of Bloody Disgusting, here’s a look at the sales art poster from the European Film Market in Berlin, followed by the synopsis below…

Inside follows a recently widowed mother-to-be living in an isolated new home who receives a most unwelcome visitor: a predatory woman who will stop at nothing to snatch her unborn child. Trapped and disorientated, the young mother must unleash all her reserves of strength to protect her baby and survive the night.
